The Office of Emergency Management (OEM) recognized the COTC by presenting it with a Partnership Plaque at the September County Board of Supervisors Meeting.  It was presented as a token of appreciation for COTC’s commitment to emergency preparednes.  Because of its leadership and dedication to their mission, OEM was able to reach vulnerable areas of the county and increase the resilience of countless households.  By affording them opportunities to participate in countless community events and adopting their message, as part of the Communities of Trust Mission, OEM was able to interact with community members across the county and promote emergency preparedness.
